Email us any time: support@solicity.us. A real person reads every message, and it comes straight to the people who build Solicity.

New to federal contracting?

Our free step-by-step guide covers registering on SAM.gov (it's free), picking your industry codes, reading a bid, sending a quote and getting paid.

Cancel your plan

Sign in, open Settings, and press Cancel plan. That's it, no phone call and no email needed.

  • During your 14-day free trial: cancel before day 15 and you're never charged. We email you 3 days before the first charge, so it never sneaks up on you.
  • After that: cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the month or year you already paid for.
  • Changed your mind? Press Keep my plan in Settings before the period ends.

Update your card or get invoices

In Settings, press Card & invoices. It opens Stripe's secure billing page, where you can change your card and download every invoice. We never see or store your card number.

Price

  • $39 a month, or $390 a year (2 months free).
  • Founding members (the first 100) pay $29 a month or $290 a year, and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed.
  • Every new account starts with 14 days free. A card is needed to start the trial.

A bid on my board doesn't belong

Email us the bid's title or solicitation number and your trade. We tune each trade's search by hand, and reports like yours are how it gets better for everyone.

About the read-throughs

Solicity reads a bid's documents and writes up the scope, the item list, who to contact and anything you have to ask for, with where each detail came from. It's a fast, careful summary, not a replacement for the solicitation itself: always check the official documents on SAM.gov before you price or submit.

Forgot your password

On the sign-in page, press Forgot your password? and we'll email you a code.

Delete your account

In Settings, under Delete my account. It removes your account and everything we hold about you, and stops your subscription so you're never charged again. See our privacy page for details.
