Solicity

Terms of Service

Last updated 24 July 2026

The short version: Solicity helps you find and understand federal bids. We don't submit anything for you, and we don't guarantee you'll win work. Pay monthly for the read-throughs, cancel whenever, and you keep them until the month you paid for runs out.

1. Who we are

Solicity is a service operated by Dolphins Lock and Security ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. Reach us at ramosdaniel429@gmail.com.

2. What Solicity does — and doesn't

Solicity searches publicly posted federal contract opportunities on SAM.gov, organizes them for your trade, and (on the paid plan) summarizes the solicitation documents. Everything we show is drawn from public sources.

  • We do not submit bids, quotes, or proposals on your behalf. Every solicitation is submitted through the channel it specifies, by you.
  • We do not guarantee that any bid is a fit, that our summaries are complete or error-free, or that you will win any award. Always verify against the official notice on SAM.gov before you bid or price work.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, or any U.S. government agency.

3. Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate information, and only claim set-aside certifications you actually hold in SAM.gov. One account is for one business.

4. The free plan

The free plan is free, and we intend to keep a useful free plan. We may change what's in it over time; if we make a material change we'll say so.

5. The paid plan, billing and cancellation

  • The paid plan is $39 per month, charged in advance, and renews monthly until you cancel.
  • You can cancel any time from your settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't prorate partial months.
  • Refunds: because you can cancel before each renewal and keep access through the paid period, we generally don't give refunds for time already elapsed. If something genuinely went wrong — you were charged in error, or the service was broken — email us and we'll make it right.
  • If a payment fails we may pause paid features until it's resolved. Your free plan and your saved bids stay put.
  • If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute Solicity's output as a competing data feed, don't try to break or overload the service, and don't use it to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your data

How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy page. Delete your account any time from settings and we remove your account data from our server.

8. No warranty; limit of liability

Solicity is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the service or from any error or omission in the information we show. If we're ever found liable for something, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. If a change is significant we'll flag it. Continuing to use Solicity after a change means you accept it.

These terms are written in plain language and aren't a substitute for legal advice.
